01.Acceptance of Terms & Engagement Agreement

By commissioning design services, retaining our studio, or submitting an approved statement of work (SOW) with Artistic Designly, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all creative engagements across our 10 primary design disciplines.

02.Scope of Creative Services & Deliverables

Artistic Designly delivers bespoke, production-ready creative solutions tailored to each client specification:

• 3D Visuals & CGI: High-fidelity product renders, ray-traced materials, and 360-degree commercial packaging stills.
• Logo & Brand Identity: Primary and secondary marks, vector source curves, typography systems, and brand guidelines manuals.
• UI/UX & Web Development: Figma design systems, responsive web prototypes, modern Next.js/React full-stack builds.
• Packaging & Print: Production dielines, foil-stamping specifications, box architecture, and pre-press CMYK proofs.
• Vector Art & Apparel: Crisp vector redraws, color separations, streetwear apparel mockups, and screen-printing curves.
• Embroidery Digitizing: Machine-calibrated DST, PES, and EMB files with calibrated stitch densities and pull-compensation tuning.
• Investor Decks & Editorial: Custom PowerPoint masters, financial pitch decks, e-book layouts, and publication formatting.

03.Intellectual Property & Complete Rights Transfer

Upon settlement of final invoice payment, Artistic Designly unconditionally transfers 100% full commercial intellectual property (IP), copyrights, and production rights of all finalized deliverables to the Client. The studio reserves the right to exhibit approved, published works within its portfolio and marketing showcases, unless governed by an active mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

04.Revisions & Iteration Policy

Every standard creative engagement includes scheduled review cycles as outlined in your project scope. Revisions encompass typography adjustments, palette calibration, layout refactorings, and dieline alignments. Material scope expansions requested after sign-off will be quoted as an addendum.

05.Invoicing, Deposits & Milestone Payments

Unless otherwise stipulated, new engagements require a project initiation deposit prior to creative kickoff, with remaining milestone payments disbursed upon approval of deliverables. We accept international bank wires (GBP, USD, QAR, EUR) and secure corporate payments.

06.Governing Jurisdiction & Legal Contacts

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar and the United Kingdom, corresponding to the executing office. For contracts or enterprise master service agreements (MSAs):
