03.Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)

We treat every prospective and ongoing design engagement with bank-grade confidentiality. Unreleased product mockups, patent-pending packaging dielines, secret pitch decks, and internal brand marks are never publicly shared or displayed in our portfolio prior to your explicit written launch approval.

04.How We Protect Your Data

All project communication and asset handoffs utilize TLS 1.3 / SSL encryption in transit and AES-256 encrypted cloud storage at rest. Access to production source files is strictly restricted to design leads assigned to your engagement.

05.International Data Rights (GDPR & Qatar Data Law)

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), EU GDPR, and Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 concerning Personal Data Privacy, you retain complete rights to:
